Restore a purchase

In Showlit, open Account and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought Pro with.

Cancel or change your plan

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions › Showlit. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What does Free include?

One listing with every tool, MLS photos up to 2048 px and a small Showlit mark on marketing photos. Pro covers every listing, full-size photos without the mark and a PDF edit record.

Photos and storage

Where are my photos?

On your iPhone, inside Showlit. Nothing is uploaded. Export to save them to Photos or share a .zip.

Showlit says my iPhone is almost full

Open a listing's details (ⓘ) and tap Remove extra exposures: each HDR 3 shot keeps its original and edits and drops the darker and brighter frames. You can also delete finished listings after exporting them.

Labels and AB 723

Showlit labels edits that change the property, such as a replaced sky, and exports the unaltered photo next to it. Routine fixes need no label. See our AB 723 guide. Showlit is not legal advice; your broker and MLS rules apply.

Something went wrong

If Showlit quit or misbehaved, open Account › Share diagnostics and email the reports to us. They contain technical data only, never your photos.
